The Condition Monitoring System is used to check the condition of various equipments and trigger a preventive maintenance based on the condition of the equipment.
The System can be used to monitor all the defined parameters of given equipment all of which get monitored against the Normal Operating Range as specified for the equipment.
The system has the facility to upload daily process data at a chosen frequency as desired by the User (1 Minute Average, 30 Min Average, 1 Hour Average). The System also comes with configurable alerts that get triggered once the data is uploaded.
The System comes with Analytics that give the user a daily / weekly / Monthly View /and Trend for all the equipment parameters.
The User can see a snapshot of all exceptions (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) as desired before triggering a Preventive Maintenance Request. Some of the Key measures that are analyzed before triggering the Preventive maintenance request include:
- Equipment parameter
- Normal Operating Range ( High / Low)
- Daily Operating Range ( Mean / Standard deviation)
- Weekly Operating Range ( Mean / Standard Deviation)
- Monthly Operating range ( Mean / Standard Deviation)
- Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
- Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
- Time Since Last Work Order ( %age of Mean time between failure)
The System also comes with Key features such as Start UP / Shut down Analysis wherein the User can define the start up / Shut down Period for a Plant / Equipment and also analyze the Alerts / Work Order’s issued during the Period. The Information so displayed is used to create / Update the Startup / Shut Down checklists which will ensure that similar shut down / start up activities in future are carried out after executing the checklists. The system also has the provision to update the checklist for a given start up / Shutdown period.
